Renovation of an educational facility in New Albany, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of Work: The project consists of replacing one air-cooled chiller with remote evaporator and other work indicated in the contract documents at S. Ellen Jones ES, 600 E 11th St, New Albany, IN 47150. Instructions to Bidders: Qualified bidders may submit bids according to instructions. Bids must be in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders and submitted as specified. Bid security of 5 percent of the bid amount is required with each bid. Bidders must be licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and able to obtain the required insurance and bonds. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and acceptable insurance will be required of the successful bidder. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
