Description

Renovation of a stadium in New Albany, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

Qualified bidders may submit bids for the NAHS Stadium HVAC Replacement project at 1020 Vincennes St, New Albany, IN. The project consists of replacing two exhaust fans and two heating-only units with owner-furnished, contractor-installed packaged DX cooling and natural gas heat rooftop units, along with other work indicated in the contract documents. Bids will be received for a single prime contract covering all trades. Bidders must be properly licensed for their trades and able to provide required insurance and bonds. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount is required. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and insurance in a form acceptable to the owner will be required from the successful bidder. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
