Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Roseau, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Culvert replacement on CSAH 2, including work west of the intersection of CSAH 2 and CSAH 3 and 0.3 miles east of the intersection. The type of work is culvert replacement over a length of 75 to 150 feet. Major items of work include approximately 2,472 structure excavation class U, 1,387 cubic yards of granular backfill, 206 tons of Type SP 9.5 wearing course mixture (2,C), 66 linear feet of 12'x6' precast concrete box culvert, and 60 linear feet of 14'x4' precast concrete box culvert. Electronic bids must be submitted through the specified online bid system. Only registered planholders may bid. Electronic bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond of not less than five percent of the total bid. The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.
