**As of May 14th, 2026, the project was awarded to Pro AV Systems, Inc with an awarded amount of $183,617.44** New Heights Charter School invites sealed bids for IFB #2026-PA01 for PA/Intercom System Installation at 1690 Main Street, Brockton, MA. Bids must be submitted via COMMBUYS. The project is subject to M.G.L. c.30 Sec. 39M and prevailing wage laws. The work under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to deliver a complete, fully operational Public Address (PA) and Intercom System. The Contractor shall provide a turnkey solution, including all components and incidental items required for proper system operation, whether expressly specified or reasonably inferred. The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to: System design and engineering Procurement, delivery, and installation of all equipment Installation of structured cabling infrastructure System programming, configuration, and integration Testing, commissioning, and system optimization Training of administrative and end users Delivery of all required closeout documentation The Contractor shall coordinate all system integration, programming, and network connectivity requirements with the School's IT Director or designated representative to ensure full compatibility with existing infrastructure and systems. Final system acceptance shall be subject to inspection, testing, and approval by the Procurement Officer and the School's IT Director. Acceptance shall confirm that the system is fully operational, properly integrated, and compliant with all requirements of the Contract Documents.
