The project involves the furnishing of all labor and materials for the complete in-place construction of the following approximate quantities: 3,500 square yards of removing and replacing bituminous walk, dewatering, temporary steel sheet piling, sanitary sewer bypass pumping, 125 linear feet of 15" PVC sanitary sewer, 100 linear feet of 24" steel casing pipe (jacked), 8" temporary water service, 50 linear feet of removing and replacing 16" DIP watermain, 150 linear feet of temporary fence, and 3,200 square yards of turf establishment. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor apply as a contract requirement. All bidders and companies submitting responses must comply with this statute.
