Skagit County Facilities Management is requesting bid proposals for a prevailing wage service to supply all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform annual backflow assembly tests in accordance with WAC 246-292-034 (series), along with any required maintenance and repair at multiple locations in Skagit County. This is a two-year contract with the option for an additional year, billed in accordance with the amount submitted on the Bid Proposal Form. Bids must include the attached Bid Proposal Form and the Certificate of Wage Compliance. Bidders are encouraged to verify bids were received before the deadline. See Exhibit "A" for the standard vendor service contract agreement. Contracted service start date is June 05, 2026, and continues for two years with an option to extend for an additional year.
