Renovation of an educational facility in Mount Vernon, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of Work: Replace HVAC Equipment at Nelson Hall, Skagit Valley College. This project consists of the removal and replacement of two existing rooftop-mounted condensing units and one air handler unit (AHU) located within the interior mechanical attic due to end-of-life conditions. At the existing mechanical we l, work also includes a new access ladder, cleaning of the existing Hypalon roofing membrane, and insta lation of new liquid-applied flashing at existing conduit penetrations and equipment curbs associated with the new condensing unit replacement. Replacement of the AHU wi l require removal and reinsta lation of the existing mechanical attic access door, with associated wa l patching and painting as required to restore adjacent finishes. New HVAC Equipment to be connected to existing campus Alerton DDC System.
