Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: street asphalt pavement milling, grinding, planing, and thin overlay; construction of concrete sidewalk, curb, and ADA-compliant crosswalk pedestrian ramps; adjustments of existing utilities; temporary and permanent street striping and channelization; and property edge restoration. Contract time for completion is 30 working days. All work must be completed in accordance with the contract documents and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Bid proposals must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement website. Prospective bidders must register on the e-Procurement Portal and "Follow" the project to receive notifications and to submit a bid. Companies unable to register or download the materials may contact the Software Administrator via the chat function on the procurement website or by email. All work performed will be subject to State of Washington prevailing wage rates. The contracting agency reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, revise or cancel the work, complete the work by other means, or postpone the award by up to thirty calendar days after the bid opening date.
