The work is to trim 36 trees at the Malleable Heights site, located at 335 Quinby St., Sharon, PA 16146. All trees must be trimmed away from the buildings and cleared from overhanging sidewalks or roads. Bidders must agree to complete all work as specified in the scope of work for the quoted price and within the contract time, which is 30 days after notice to proceed. Bidders also accept the terms and conditions of HUD forms 5369, 5369A, and 5370. Prior to awarding any contract, the authority may conduct a pre-award survey to assess the bidder's responsibility and capacity to fulfill the contract. This may include debarment searches, financial capacity checks, and review of work quality on other contracts. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Tree Trimming," either by mail or in person, addressed to John Miller c/o Mercer County Housing Authority, 80 Jefferson Ave, Sharon, PA 16146.
