As per addendum 1, this project has been postponed. A new bid period will be advertised in the coming weeks. The project involves furnishing materials and labor for the PH 5.1 – Transportation Buildings, specifically under CONTRACT 5.1 (BGL): BUS GARAGE LIFT WORK CONTRACTOR, for the Salamanca City Central School District. Bidders must submit sealed bids to complete the required work on the transportation buildings. Bidders must follow these instructions: - Sealed bids must be received by the Owner by 2:00 P.M. local time on May 15, 2026, at the designated location. Late bids will not be accepted. - Bidding Document drawings and specifications can be examined at specified locations or obtained from Dataflow for a fee, with shipping and handling costs being non-refundable. Digital sets are available for download for a non-refundable fee. - Refunds for the payment of one copy of the Plans and Specifications may be made if the documents are returned in good condition within thirty days of award. - All bids must follow the bidding requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond as described. - The Owner may waive informalities at their discretion but reserves the right to reject any and all bids. - Bidders cannot withdraw bids for 45 days after opening unless a mistake is claimed per the Instructions to Bidders. - A Pre-Bid Walk Through is scheduled and attendance is highly recommended. Questions before the bid opening must be received by the specified deadline. - Bidders are particularly called to note the conditions of employment and minimum wage rates required under the contract.
