Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gig Harbor, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be completed generally provides for the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of 38th Avenue and 56th Street, curbing and sidewalk along the east side of 38th Avenue, full depth HMA pavement, HMA grind and overlay, concrete driveways, storm sewer, detention vault, sanitary sewer, RRFB signal system, illumination, landscaping, irrigation, and other related work, all in accordance with the attached contract documents. All inquiries must be received at least three days prior to the bid opening. The City of Gig Harbor reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process.
