Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Gig Harbor, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids are sought for the Gig Harbor High School Field & Track Renovation. Bidders must comply with the subcontractor listing requirements specified on Part I of the Form of Bid and Page 8 of the Instructions to Bidders. A Bid Deposit of five percent (5%) of the base bid is required, payable to Peninsula School District, and can be a surety bond, postal money order, cashier's check, or certified check. Deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned except for the three lowest, which will be held until contract award. The successful bidder's deposit will be returned after receipt and acceptance of the completed Performance and Payment Bond, Certificate of Insurance, and signed Contract Agreement. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informality and irregularity, and accept bids considered in the district's best interest. No bid may be withdrawn after submission or before contract award unless the award is delayed for over thirty (30) days.
