Harbor History Museum Driveway Revisions The Scope of Work is described in Exhibit A. All work shall be consistent with the City of Gig Harbor Public Works Standards. Please review sample contract to ensure insurance and prevailing wage requirements can be met. All bidders must be located within a thirty (30) mile radius of the project site. Required bid submittals include: Completed and signed: (1) Bid Proposal, (2) Certification of Compliance with Wage Payment Statutes, (3) Statement of Bidder's Qualifications, (4) Deposit for Bid Bond Form, (6) Non-Collusion Declaration, (7) Bidder's Proposed Subcontractor's List (as applicable), and (9) Bid Submittal Checklist. The City of Gig Harbor requests bid proposals in accordance with the City's Small Works Roster Process (Resolution No. 1322) for Harbor History Museum Driveway Revisions located at 4121 Harborview Drive, Gig Harbor, WA. Within 10-calendar days after the award date, the successful bidder shall return the signed City-prepared contract, an insurance certificate as required by the contract specifications, and satisfactory performance and payment bonds on the City's standard forms. Failure to execute the contract and furnish the required documents may be sufficient cause for the City to cancel the award to the respondent with the lowest price quotation proposal, and award the contract to the second lowest responsible respondent, or upon failure of the second lowest responsible respondent to furnish the required documents within the specified time, to award the contract successively in a like manner to the remaining lowest responsible respondent(s) until the conditions of award are met or the remaining proposals are rejected, all at the City's sole discretion. The City of Gig Harbor reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process. The City of Gig Harbor reserves the right to award this contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder based on the Bid Proposal. In determining the lowest responsive responsible bidder, consideration will be given to the criteria listed in RCW 39.04.
