Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Gig Harbor, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Work may be generally described as: 1. Demolition and sitework at multiple parcels near Peninsula School District's central administrative office. Work includes but is not limited to: 1. TESC. 2. Demolition. 3. Removal and abandonment of utilities, including wells. 4. Earthwork. 5. Site restoration Estimated cost of Work is less than $1,000,000. Apprenticeship participation is not required. Subcontractor Listing Estimated cost of Work is less than $1,000,000. Subcontractor list is not required. Right to Reject: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities in the bidding, and to accept, bids which are considered to be in the best interests of the Owner. Withdraw ofBid: Bidders may not withdraw bids after time set for the Bid Opening, unless Awa rd of Contract is delayed for a period of exceeding 45 days.
