The City of Gig Harbor requests bid proposals for the internal water reservoir inspection of the Skansie Water Reservoir located at 8602 Skansie Ave., Gig Harbor, WA 98332. All work must be consistent with the City of Gig Harbor Public Works Standards, AWWA, and OSHA standards. Bidders must comply with requirements for a Small Public Works contract, including insurance and prevailing wage. Bid proposals must be submitted electronically or delivered to the City of Gig Harbor Public Works/Operations Department. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor irregularities, and to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as determined by criteria in RCW 39.04.
