The project is for the removal of 18 diseased or distressed trees located in Soundview Forest Park and a neighboring city-owned residential lot at 2888 Harborview Drive and 7601 Soundview Drive, Gig Harbor, WA. The work must conform to the City of Gig Harbor Public Works Standards. Bidders are required to submit a completed and signed bid proposal, certification of compliance with wage payment statutes, a statement of bidder’s qualifications, a deposit for bid bond form, a non-collusion declaration, a proposed subcontractor’s list (if applicable), a bid submittal checklist, and an addenda received form. Bids may be submitted electronically or delivered to the City of Gig Harbor Public Works/Engineering Department by the specified deadline. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor irregularities, and award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder based on the criteria listed in RCW 39.04.
