Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Modesto, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be accomplished includes constructing sidewalk with curb ramps, fire hydrants, driveway connections, and replacing sections of curb and gutter. Bidders are required to submit proposals electronically. Bonds and insurance must be submitted prior to award. All proposals must include specified forms such as the proposal sheet, insurance acknowledgment, EEOC forms, non-discrimination, non-collusion affidavit, public contract code acknowledgment, debarment and suspension certification, disclosure of lobbying activities, W-9, proposal signature sheet, Levine Act disclosure, and a subcontractor list. Only those with a Class A License and registration as a DIR Public Works Contractor are eligible. The type of award is lump sum, with bid, payment, and performance bonds required at 10%, 100%, and 100%, respectively. Proposals must comply with all required forms and be submitted via the designated electronic platform.
