This is an invitation to prospective bidders to submit tenders for the provision of general construction contracting services for stormwater servicing upgrades at Queen Victoria Park. Bidders must submit their tenders only through the Euna Procurement (formerly Bonfire) electronic tendering portal. Hard copies are not accepted. To obtain tender documents and upload the required documents, visit the specified online portal. Bidders are strongly advised to submit documents the day before the closing time to allow for uploading and finalizing their submission. There is no cost to register, download documents, or submit a response. Bidders must upload a copy of the Digital Bid Bond and Agreement to Bond and follow the upload instructions as detailed in Section 4.3. Information about digital bonds, including third-party providers and required criteria, is available via the Surety Association of Canada’s website. Account setup for digital bond services can be done online, and if the bidder's surety broker is not prepared for e-bonds, they should contact a digital bond service provider for assistance.
