Site work and paving for a road / highway in La Farge, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a 35,000-square-foot road / highway; 260,000-square-foot road / highway; and 35,000-square-foot road / highway.
Sealed bids are being accepted for the following work in the Town of Stark for 2026: 1. 35,000 sq ft of double seal coating over gravel surface, divided into seven sections of approximately 5,000 sq ft each (250 ft x 20 ft). 2. 35,000 sq ft of single seal coating over gravel surface, divided into seven sections of approximately 5,000 sq ft each (250 ft x 20 ft). 3. 260,000 sq ft of single seal coating over hard surface, as a continuous road (13,000 ft x 20 ft). The services of brooming and patching before sealing must be included in the bid. A clause for completion of work by August 31st, 2026, is required. Seal coat specifications must be included. All bids must be marked as "2026 Seal Coating Bid" and include proof of insurance for materials and seal coat. The Town of Stark reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to award the contract to the bidder deemed most advantageous. Bids not following the stated criteria will be rejected.
