The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, testing equipment, and technical expertise necessary to perform triennial testing, inspection, and maintenance of electrical breakers and the electrical power distribution system at a medical center environment. Work includes comprehensive testing of low- and medium-voltage circuit breakers, switchgear, protective relays, transformers, and associated distribution components to verify proper operation, safety, and compliance with applicable standards. The contractor shall conduct preventive maintenance, calibration, and functional testing, identify deficiencies or potential failures, and provide detailed documentation of all findings. Services must ensure system reliability, minimize downtime, and support continuous operation of critical healthcare infrastructure. Deliverables include complete test reports, condition assessments, and recommendations for corrective actions or repairs necessary to maintain system performance and compliance with governing electrical codes and VA requirements.
