All questions and offers are required to be submitted by email to the designated contracting officer, and the subject line of all correspondence must reference RFQ 36C26326Q0609. Any and all amendments issued for this RFQ must be signed and included with the offer. Submit question no later than 11:00 PM CST Monday, 5/4/2026. All questions and offers shall still be emailed to Joseph.Bennett@va.gov. Questions are being accepted up until 12:00 PM, CST, Friday, May 1, 2026. Questions shall be emailed to the Contract Officer at Joseph.Bennett@va.gov.
