The project involves the installation of an irrigation system in the courtyards of Jessup Hall at the University of Iowa. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference and site tour, which is the only opportunity to inspect the existing conditions. Bids must be submitted via Bid Express. For any additional requirements, refer to the full bid documents. Project Location: Work shall be performed under this Contract on the campus of the University of Iowa on the Pentacrest within the courtyard between Jessup and MacBride Halls, within the courtyard between Schaeffer and MacLean Halls, and throughout the lawn west of the Old Capitol, bordered on north and south by existing east / west walkways, bordered on east by Old Capitol Terrace and bordered on west by Madison Street. Addresses for buildings with irrigation infrastructure are: Jessup Hall, 5 West Jefferson Street, Iowa City, Iowa 52242; and Schaeffer Hall, 20 East Washington Street, Iowa City, Iowa 52242.
