Remove all boiler tubes in Boiler #3 and provide and install new tubes, brush and clean fire side and water side of boiler, and fill and test boiler for leaks. Work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for completion. All work shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications. The bidder shall review all documents and visit the site to verify all measurements and conditions. The site shall be left clean and free of debris. Work must be coordinated with the Owner to minimize disruptions. The successful bidder will be responsible for protecting existing property and utilities. Any damage resulting from the work will be repaired at no cost to the Owner. Only workers that are trained and qualified in boiler work shall be allowed to perform the work. All applicable codes, laws, and regulations must be followed. The bidder must submit a list of similar completed projects, provide references, and submit proof of insurance. The bid proposal must be filled out completely, including all alternates and unit prices if applicable, and submitted by the due date as instructed.
