The needs are divided into two (2) lots as follows: a) Snow and ice removal service at the SGW Campus ("SGW Campus Lot"); b) Snow and ice removal service at the Loyola Campus ("LOYOLA Campus Lot"). For each batch, the mandate consists of: a) provide a snow removal and ice-breaking service between November 1 and April 30 of the following year; b) provide the necessary materials, labor and tooling for a snow removal and de-icing service; c) provide, at the request of the University, an on-call service twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and to attend the premises within a period of three (4) hours following the call.
