The City of Ridgefield is seeking qualifications from highly qualified firms to provide professional services for the Pioneer Street Slope Stabilization and Slide Alleviation project. This phase includes design and construction support for slope stabilization and slide alleviation along Pioneer Street between S 30th Place and N Reiman Road. The project is intended to improve stormwater drainage and explore or implement other means of conducting slide mitigation within this corridor. The selected Consultant must comply with all terms, conditions, assurances, and certifications of the City's Funding Contract with the Washington State Department of Commerce, and the agreement will be incorporated by reference into any Consultant agreement with the City. Instructions to bidders include registering for a free account on the City's e-Procurement Portal to view and download the Request for Qualifications and receive addenda notifications. Respondents are responsible for checking the site for addenda. All project or contract language questions, requests for substitutions or changes, or requests for clarification must be submitted via the e-Procurement Portal by the stated deadline. Submittals may be made online via the Portal (preferred), or by hand delivery or United States Postal Service in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the required information. Submittals received after the specified deadline will not be accepted. Fax or email submissions will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to cancel the request or reject any and all submittals or to waive any minor formalities if deemed in the best interest of the City.
