Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ridgefield, Washington. Conceptual plans call civil work for a road / highway.

The City of Ridgefield is seeking qualifications from highly qualified consultants to design and develop a groundwater production well and associated well-house capable of delivering a sustained flow of 800 gallons per minute (GPM). The facility is intended to provide a reliable water supply while meeting regulatory, operational, and safety requirements at the Kennedy Farms site. The City aims to maximize the amount of water that can be withdrawn from the well but is targeting an initial capacity of 140 GPM, with the potential to reach up to 800 GPM. Preliminary design work will focus on preparing contract documents for the well drilling work. The project includes preliminary design (approximately 4 months), final design and documentation (approximately 8 months), and bidding support (approximately 3 months), to be completed by June 30, 2027. Respondents are required to register via the City’s e-Procurement Portal to access documents and submit qualifications. Submissions may be made online (preferred), by hand delivery, or via the United States Postal Service, but will not be accepted if late, by fax, or by email. All submittals must be received by the specified deadline and comply with the requirements for format and delivery.
