Site work and new construction of a communication facility in Ridgefield, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 400-square-foot communication facility; and for site work for a communication facility.

The project consists of the construction and installation of an electric sign at the junction of Exit 16 off Interstate 5, on 400 square feet of land. The successful bidder is required to construct and build the sign according to attached specifications and material. All materials must be purchased and built in the USA. The contractor is responsible for all locates and for working around any utilities in or near the location, and must provide full fabrication and installation of a single-faced illuminated pylon sign with two matrix electronic message centers, as detailed in Exhibit A. All electrical, mechanical, foundation, and sign construction is to be done and installed by the contractor in collaboration with the city. All materials are to be furnished by the contractor. The city will provide the permit and coordinate with WSDOT if necessary. Bids must include a line-item breakdown and lump sum totals for: mobilization, fabrication and installation of the sign, licensing and bonding, with subtotal, tax, and total lump sum. Bidders must be licensed and bonded and comply with Washington Prevailing Wage Laws. Attendance at a mandatory site visit is required to bid on the project. The successful bidder will need to construct and build the sign to attached specifications and material. All materials are to be purchased and built in the USA (BABA). The contractor is responsible for locates and working around any utilities in or near the locations. The contractor is responsible for a full fabricate and installation of single faced illuminated pylon with two matrix electronic message centers, see Exhibit A. The City of La Center will provide the permit and work with WSDOT if needed, with the selected sign company. All electrical, mechanical, foundation and sign construction will be done and installed by the contractor in collaboration with the city. All materials will be furnished by the Contractor. The city purchased 400 square feet of property to place the sign at the junction, the survey of the site is Exhibit B. The site is staked out for the site visit.
