Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ridgefield, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Provide all labor, supplies, equipment, and materials for the improvement of Gee Creek Loop with roadway reconstruction, including a pair of RRFBs, lighting, curb ramps, stormwater system improvements, water main and water service realignment, and other related work, all in accordance with the applicable contract plans, contract provisions, and standard specifications. Work must be fully completed within 65 working days from the notice to proceed. Bidders must comply with all federal requirements including Equal Employment Opportunity, HUD Section 3, and minimum wage provisions. Contractors must have an active SAM.gov registration and not be debarred from public work. Submission of bids is available online via the City's e-Procurement Portal, by hand delivery, or by United States Postal Service. Bids must clearly indicate the name of the bidder, date of bid opening, and the project title. The City reserves the right to cancel the request, reject any or all bids, or waive minor formalities in the best interest of the City.
