Question Deadline: May 5th 2026, 5:00 PM PDT All requests for information or clarification shall be submitted electronically through the Vendor Discussions section within the e-procurement system For the construction of approximately 19,213 feet of the Calleguas-Ventura Interconnection located from Santa Clara Avenue in an unincorporated area of Ventura County to Calleguas-owned Springville Reservoir facility near Via Zamora in the City of Camarillo, Ventura County, California. The Work involves furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to perform all operations in connection with the complete installation of the CalleguasVentura Interconnection, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract. Work shall also comply with the requirements of governmental agencies having jurisdiction. The Work includes installation of approximately 19,213 feet of 30-inch welded steel pipe, out of which, 18,778 feet of 30-inch pipe to be installed using open cut methods and 435 feet of 30-inch pipe to be installed inside two 48-inch diameter steel casings using trenchless installation methods. The Work includes, but not limited to, potholing, trenching, dewatering, shoring, earthwork, demolition, surveying and testing; installing pipe, fittings, appurtenances, backfill materials, blow-offs, AVARVs, valves, casings, concrete vaults and manhole access structures, concrete curbs, gutters, and pads, electrical items, paving, cement-sand slurry, ac slurry, masonry walls, traffic controls, painting, and miscellaneous concrete, metal and civil work items.
