"2026/2027 Material Bids" include the following materials: - 500 Tons Superpave WMA, 9.5mm, PG 64S-22, Wearing Course, 0.0 to 0.3 Million ESAL, SRL-L - 500 Tons Superpave WMA, 25.0mm, PG 64S-22, Base Course, <30 Million ESAL - 500 Tons Superpave WMA, 19.0mm, PG 64S-22, Binder Course, <30 Million ESAL, SRL-L - 300 Tons of PennDOT 2A Aggregate - 300 Tons of AASHTO #57 (2B Stone) - 300 Tons of PennDOT Anti-Skid AS2, AS3 or AS4 - 100 Tons of R-4 Rip Rap - 100 Tons of R-5 Rip Rap - 100 Tons of R-6 Rip Rap All materials must meet PENNDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Borough. Proposal forms, specifications, and bid information can be obtained at the Lansford Borough Municipal Building or by calling during business hours. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of ten percent of the bid amount, payable to Lansford Borough. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond for 100% of the contract price within 20 days of award. The Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, delete projects or portions due to budgetary constraints, and waive technicalities in the Borough's best interest.
