Approximate major quantities include: Remove Bituminous Pavement 1,150 S.Y.; Common Excavation 500 C.Y.; Bituminous Pavement 250 TON; Concrete Walk 5,500 S.F.; 15" RC Pipe Sewer CL V 125 L.F.; Drainage Structure 3 EACH; Curb and Gutter 1,200 L.F.; Aggregate Base Class 5 580 TON; Chip Seal Coat 22,000 S.Y.; Pavement Markings 16,000 L.F.; Pedestrian Crosswalk Flasher (RRFB) 1 EACH. The provisions of Minnesota Statute 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this Contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response submission to this Invitation for Bids shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The Shakopee City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or technicalities in bidding and to determine whether a bid is responsive or non-responsive. The City Council further reserves the right to make a bid award to the lowest and most responsible bidder as determined by the City Council.
