This effort is to significantly reduce utility costs, reduce greenhouse emissions, and to follow the SB2030 standards along with the 2023 IRA and 2025 OBBBA at the Minnesota Correctional Facility (MCF) Shakopee, Minnesota. ** Site visit info : Pre-registration for Mandatory Site Visit Meeting deadline: Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
