Renovation of a medical facility in Alton, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
As of April 21, 2026, this project has been cancelled due to inadequate specifications. This will be rebid at a later time. The Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) is seeking a vendor to provide labor and brand name materials necessary to provide and install a keying system for the newly renovated facility at the Alton Mental Health Center (AMHC) located at 4500 College Ave, Alton, Illinois 62002. Only vendors qualified under the Small Business Set Aside Program are eligible to participate in this procurement. Vendors are required to supply precut keys, pre-pinned lock cores, and perform the installation of these items at the specified location. Question Deadline 04/13/2026 at 5:00 PM CT All questions, other than questions raised a Pre-Submission Conference, pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Information Contact John Baumgartner at john.baumgartner@illinois.gov
