Renovation of a medical facility in Paramus, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Furnish and install all labor, materials, apparatus, and appliances essential to the complete functioning of the systems described and/or indicated herein, or which may be reasonably implied as essential whether mentioned in the contract drawings and specifications or not. 2. Remove (2) 225kVA transformers and associated disconnect switches, wiring, conduit, and associated loads as shown. 3. Install (1) new panelboard and associated wiring, conduit, etc. as shown. 4. Furnish and install new 1.5MVA step-up transformer as shown. 5. Furnish and install new medium-voltage ATS and associated disconnect switches, wiring, conduit, etc. as shown. 6. Re-feed existing medium-voltage switchgear and modify existing copper bussing as shown. 7. See plans & specifications for more details. B. Type of Contract: 1.
