The objective is to award Master Agreements to one or more qualified Suppliers, each representing a different OEM, for the provision of Rugged IT Products and Related Services on an as-and-when required basis for OECM Customers. Proponents must not be a United States of America (U.S.) Business, where a U.S. Business is defined as a supplier, manufacturer, or distributor that has its headquarters or main office located in the U.S. and has fewer than 250 full-time employees in Canada. If the Proponent is a subsidiary, this restriction applies if the controlling corporation is headquartered in the U.S. The resulting Master Agreements are intended for a seven-year term, with no option for extension. Master Agreements will be available to a wide range of public sector and related organizations in Ontario and Canada. OECM makes no guarantee of the value or volume of work from the award of any Master Agreement. Bids must be submitted online through the Ontario Tenders Portal as per the provided instructions. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
