OECM aims to establish a pre-qualified list of suppliers with demonstrated experience and capability of supporting the planning, development, delivery, maintenance and financing of decarbonization solutions and services across Ontario and Canada. The RFSQ will award Master Agreements to one or more qualified suppliers for the provision of decarbonization solutions on an as-and-when required basis for OECM customers. Decarbonization solutions will reduce energy consumption and deliver operational savings, eliminate energy wastage, improve buildings facilities operations, equipment and systems, meet customer decarbonization objectives, and, where desired, deliver energy generation measures. OECM is seeking suppliers who demonstrate a strong commitment to shared innovation, knowledge exchange, and partnership-based delivery models, and who work collaboratively with internal customer teams and stakeholders. The proponent must not be a United States of America (U.S.) Business as defined in the procurement restriction policy. Organizations eligible to participate are not limited to the Province of Ontario but include public sector, educational, health, municipal, Indigenous, and similar entities across Canada. OECM makes no guarantee of the value or volume of work to be assigned from the award of any Master Agreement resulting from this procurement.
