As a member of Toronto Community Housing Corporation’s Prequalification – Geothermal Design-Build Consulting and Construction Services for Various Development Projects, successful proponents will provide complete Design-Build Consulting and Construction services as required for various development projects across the TCHC portfolio. The scope of work shall be for all aspects of project design and construction including, but not limited to, all design and construction processes, labour, equipment/materials, scheduling, coordination, and the provision of all required services. Successful proponents will enter into a CCDC 14 – Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract with TCHC. Vendors will be evaluated based on their experience, staff qualifications, and ability to deliver a high quality of service. Successful proponents will be eligible to participate in subsequent bidding processes for specified project locations. Requirements and services are further described in Appendix A – Scope, Work (the “Deliverables”). Pre-qualification requirements: Proponents must demonstrate their team’s experience and capabilities through a set of rated criteria as set out in the RFPQ, including experience, staff qualifications, and ability to deliver a high quality of service. Proponents are to be specialized geothermal design-build service providers with experienced and dynamic design and construction teams.
