Infrastructure Ontario seeks to establish a Standing Offer Agreement with Qualified Respondents for the provision of Environmental Management Work Services, as described in Appendix A (“Scope of Services”) of Schedule 3 – Draft Standing Offer Agreement. Services will be required on an 'as and when required' basis, with no guarantee of any volume or value of work. Qualified Respondents may be called upon to provide specific services for particular assignments through a call-up process. Services fall into five key categories: Cultural Heritage, Natural Environment, Environment and Geotechnical, Energy, Sustainability and Climate Resilience, and Comprehensive. Refer to Appendix A for further details regarding scope, services, and deliverables. Bids must be submitted online. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
