The project consists of, but is not limited to, providing all materials, labor and equipment to complete the following work: moving all equipment to the job site, cleaning up and removing any refuse, and moving all equipment from the job site; reconstructing 37.30 stations of ditches in locations specified in the Culvert and Drainage List in accordance with the Ditch Reconstruction Detail; cleaning 2 culverts, reconstructing 1 culvert headwall and reconstructing 1 ditch out on the 1701000 road; installing 16 Drivable Dips on the 1712000 and 1712514 roads in locations specified in the Culvert and Drainage List in accordance with the Drivable Dip Detail; grading, shaping, and compacting 3.84 miles of the 1701000 road as listed in Grading and Compacting prior to aggregate placement; placing, spreading, shaping, and compacting 2735 tons of 1-1 4 Inch Crushed at locations specified in the Rock List; removing 1 existing culvert and replacing with 42''x44' CMP as shown in Culvert Replacement Design, including construction of fill, waste endhaul, light loose riprap slope protection and energy dissipation; removing 2 existing culverts and replacing with culverts as listed in the Culvert and Drainage List, including construction of fill, waste endhaul, Quarry Spall slope protection and energy dissipation; and installing 1 new culvert as listed in the Culvert and Drainage List, including construction of fill, waste endhaul, Quarry Spall slope protection and energy dissipation. Bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN which will add your company to the Planholder List and allow access to vBid online bidding for the submittal of your bid (which is required for this project). Bidders will NOT be charged a fee of $42.00 to submit a bid electronically.
