Only one schedule will be selected by the Owner. C. Sitework for Both Schedules 1. Sitework for both schedules includes: expanded parking lot including widened driveway approach, culvert extension, and interior sidewalk with valley gutter; water service line extension from existing site plumbing; and upgrade an existing electrical circuit from City Hall main panel to provide service to the pavilion via a new subpanel. Estimated construction cost for the Basic Bid is for either schedule is between $260,000 and $290,000. Only one schedule will be selected by the Owner.
