Addition to an industrial development in Florence, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a 900-square-foot industrial development.
The project consists of constructing an addition to the current Town Service Garage for the Town of Homestead. The scope includes a lean-to style building with a one bay garage, measuring approximately 18 feet wide by 50 feet long by 16 feet high, totaling about 900 square feet. The building will feature all steel framing with a steel exterior, and concrete work is to be included. All electrical, heating, and plumbing will be provided by the Owner. Bid proposals must be submitted sealed, either by mail or in person. Bids must be numbered and labeled for the respective bid unit. A non-refundable deposit of $75 per set of plans is required for bid documents. No bid bond is required. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 60 days after the opening date. All inquiries and clarifications must be directed to the Construction Manager. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to select the proposal most advantageous to the Town.
