This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes to identify qualified and authorized companies capable of providing emergency repair and corrective maintenance services, replacement parts, and software subscription services for Caterpillar generators. The contractor shall perform emergency corrective maintenance and parts support for Caterpillar generators, including labor, software, and materials necessary to restore equipment to operational condition. Services are anticipated to be performed under a contract structure consisting of one 12-month base period with four additional 12-month option periods. The contractor must be capable of acquiring and maintaining a SECRET facility clearance for the duration of performance. Work requirements and performance standards are further defined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement addressing Caterpillar software support, inventory, stock management, emergency repairs, and parts replacement. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
