The scope of work consists of interior renovation to an existing holdroom on the 3rd floor of the International Arrivals Building to create new lounge spaces; construction of a new workstation space; and modifications to existing restrooms to install new prefabricated showers and new floor drains for the IAB Transit Lounge at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. Bidders shall submit and upload their complete proposal documents prior to the posted offer due date and time.
