Renovation of a municipal facility in Panama City Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Panama City Beach is accepting electronic (e-submission) and sealed bids from qualified contractors to complete elevator repairs on two elevators. The repairs will consist of furnishing and installing two new car operating systems. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and other services necessary to perform the services in accordance with the scope of work. Question Deadline 04/20/2026 at 12:00 PM CT BIDDERS must submit all questions, if any, in writing, All questions regarding the Bidding documents shall be directed to the City of Panama City Beach Purchasing Manager: Carrie Jagers via email: purchasing@pcbfl.gov. One elevator is located at the Public Services Building, 17005 Panama City Beach Parkway, and the second elevator is located at the Wastewater Treatment Facility, 206 N. Gulf Blvd.
