Renovation of a multi-residential development in Lovington, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Sealed bids are requested for the repair of one single family housing unit under the Southwestern Regional Housing and Community Development Corporation 2026 Home, House by House Rehabilitation Loan Program. All eligible, licensed, insured, and bonded General Building Contractors, who are also certified in Lead Based Paint and Asbestos Removal for project 26-01, are invited to bid. Bidders may obtain bid forms and job specifications from Melissa J. Downey at the SRHCDC office. Attendance at a walkthrough is mandatory to submit a bid. Bid packages will be provided at the walkthrough or electronically. Bids must be submitted to the Southwestern Regional Housing and Community Development Corporation by the indicated deadline. The organization reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formality. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
