Grass-cutting and yard cleanup services for the City of East Cleveland, Ohio, including debris removal from residential and commercial parcels and right of ways, standard and heavy grass cutting, documentation of work by parcel or right of way, electronic submission of photographs and invoices, communication with the City's Service Department, and assistance with grass-cutting of unassigned parcels as needed. Vendors must have capacity for debris removal, grass cutting, maintenance, and provide before-and-after photos and timely invoices. Instructions to bidders: Submit Qualifications Form A; proof of liability insurance of at least $100,000 listing the City as additional insured; vendor application form and W-9; list of equipment; list of employees/contractors with proof of eligibility to work. Respondents must have a minimum of two years' grass-cutting experience, identify direct and backup staff, list equipment including tractors, mowers, and manual tools, and provide at least three client references. Bids must be no longer than three pages (excluding resumes, examples, and references), with required documents placed behind the main document, minimum 12 pt Arial font. All documents must be delivered to City Hall in a sealed envelope marked "EAST CLEVELAND GRASS-CUTTING BID."
