The MVSD masonry façade improvements include the following building on the MVSD campus: Building No. 4 – High Service Pump Station, Building No. 7-Head House and Settling Basins, Building No. 15 – Shop and Warehouse, Building No. 16 – Boiler House, Building No. 19 – Filter Building. The scope of the work includes: grinding out existing mortar joints and repointing at face brick and stone sill, and copings. Removing and replacing sealants as indicated, cleaning the masonry and stone facades.
