The Contractor shall furnish and install a complete sewer service line and lift station for G. Guinn Sr. #6861 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and the Government-provided drawings. All work shall be performed in full compliance with the specified technical requirements and construction standards. Quotation submittals shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in Section L. This procurement is a 100 percent Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside in accordance with HHSAR 352.226-5 and is set aside under NAICS code 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with an associated size standard of $45.0 million. Furnish and install gravity sewer service line, an individual grinder pump lift station, buried electrical cabling, conduit, and connections as shown on the drawings. Offerors shall submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to the Contracting Specialist at Noleen.Powell@ihs.gov.
