AVCF houses about 1,030 inmates in a self-sufficient environment which includes a kitchen, warehouse, vocational and industry shops, as well as personnel to operate the facility. Proper and timely trash removal is essential to the management of the facility The awarded Bidder will provide all equipment and services as necessary to provide periodic trash removal at AVCF. These containers will be emptied as listed. Bidder will be responsible for all service repairs, parts replacement costs, and maintenance of equipment, including any damages caused by contractor personnel.
