Governors Island Corporation d/b/a The Trust for Governors Island (the Trust) is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide full-service pre-construction and construction management services for the demolition and redevelopment of both Yankee Pier and Lima Pier (the Project) as described in the design documents prepared by the marine engineer of record, Indigo River Architecture and Engineering, D.P.C. (the Design Team). Design documents will be issued as an addendum to this RFP, with a link to download all documents.
